When there was a problem with our terminal, we called into the helpdesk. We expected to be put through some endless automated system. However, surprisingly enough a live, English speaking young lady answered the phone. It was almost 10pm CST, and she was there ready to help us. She walked us through fixing the problem and got us back up and going in less than 5 minutes. You cannot put a price on service like that.
